How I work...

I will work closely with you online via a combination of individualised support and customised plans across all areas of nutrition and lifestyle to help you lose weight without restrictions, improve your energy, and 10x your understanding of how to fuel your body to feel your very best. 

Specialising in hormones, fat loss, and mindset; I will support you in learning how to eat in order to nourish your body, whilst incorporating your favourite soul foods, banishing the food guilt, low-calorie diets, and mood fluctuations forever.

All our sessions will be held virtually so that you can dive in from the comfort of your home whilst still experiencing the level of accountability and support that you need. 

Should you need 1:1 support or a mix of 1:1 and self-led/group learnings I've got you lovely lady!

Nourish Meal Plans

18 delicious tried and tested meal plans that incorporate balanced foods to nourish you across the day.

 

Filled with the perfect blend of macro and micronutrients these meal plans are an easily accessible first step for nourishing your body, are family friendly and easy to prepare.

After you have purchased, simply choose from two calorie ranges based on our go-to calorie calculator and start prepping your mind and body for more energy, less bloating and sustainable fat loss without the restrictions.
