Hey, I'm Rach - A qualified Nutritionist, PT, mum of 4 gorgeous girls and I'm on a mission to help women level up across all areas of their health.

My story has a few elements to it. From Personal Trainer to owner of a women's gym and someone who has worked with HUNDREDS of women over the years I've seen it all, and I've experienced my own struggles amongst all of this.

The juggle of meeting the demands of being a mum, wife, employee, sister and daughter, coupled with high stress and hormonal changes can take really take a toll. I've witnessed this firsthand with so many women and on my own journey.

When I was personal training clients I was inherently invested in their health. I was constantly seeing aspects such as weight gain, mood fluctuations, low energy and whilst the exercise element played a huge role, it wasn't enough. They needed more and truth be told, so did I as at the time I was running a gazillion high intensity classes, burning the candle at both ends and fully feeling the impact of high stress on my body.

It was during Covid that I saw this peak to the highest levels, for my clients and myself. The burnout was high, and I realised something more needed to be done, there were other areas that needed to be investigated to get to the bottom of it all.

In 2020 I fell pregnant with our now almost two-year-old twins, and we now have four beautiful girls. I knew I had to be the healthiest version of me, across all areas to be a positive role model for my kids, but also give back to myself in the areas that I was struggling with the most. My clients (past and present) were also feeling the necessity for lifestyle change, so I knew I had to do it for to benefit us all.

 

I enrolled at Deakin University to complete my Post Graduate degree in Nutrition, to add another level to my earlier background of Psychology and Behavioural Science. I started exploring in more detail the impact of nutrition on high stress, hormones, peri-menopause and other areas I saw playing a key role in the overall physical and mental health of so many women.

 

I started implementing the strategies I'd learned, explored blood chemistry and deficiencies and ways to address high stress for myself. The changes both myself and my clients were experiencing were next level in respect to mood, fat loss, energy and overall happiness. This was the moments I realised this was always my purpose, my WHY, an area I'd always been beyond passionate about and I'm sure it always will be.
